Spring has finally arrived and we couldn't be more excited! Outside recess without jackets, field trips without rain, and happy, smiling faces are all around Memorial. We hope you are enjoying the weather as much as we are.
Please remember that tomorrow, Friday, May 13th is an early release day due to teacher professional development.

PTO Thank You!
The final Memorial PTO meeting of the school year was held on May 11, 2016. I would like to thank the PTO for all of their hard work and generosity over the past year. We are incredibly grateful for the programs, activities, and events that have been brought to Memorial as a result of your efforts. I would also like to specifically thank Jamie O'Connell, Athanasia Smith, and Nicole Crocker for all of their hard work over the past two years. Jamie, Athanasia and Nicole will all be moving on from Memorial. Thank you ladies!
On behalf of the entire Memorial Staff, I would like to thank all of the many volunteers who made Teacher Appreciation Week so amazing. The taco bar and coffee/sweets bars were delicious and the raffles were a huge hit. We love working with your kids and are so grateful for your support.
Check out this latest article in EdWeek featuring Mrs. Colantoni's class. Great job boys and girls!
